What to include:

• Reference Form

• Copy of birth certificate

• Passport or Immunisation History

• Copy of last two school reports (if applicable)

• Copy of most recent NAPLAN results (if applicable)

• Copy of court orders and/or parenting plans (if applicable)

• Copies of specialist reports (if applicable)

• Copies of student's IEP reports (if applicable)

If a position becomes available, our Director of Enrolments will set up an interview between parents, student and our New Hope Director to learn about your child’s specific needs, abilities and support required to determine if a placement at New Hope is suitable for your child.

Our Director may opt to observe your child in their current learning environment to gain further insight into your child’s needs. This will be discussed during your family interview.

Upon completion of our assessment process, if your child meets the criteria for a placement at New Hope, Our Director of Enrolment will send you a Letter of Offer along with other relevant paperwork to finalise your child’s enrolment. Once you return your signed letter of offer along with your enrolment fee, we can discuss your child’s start date.
